Being a Brogrammer

What does the term "Brogrammer" mean? 

Brogrammer means someone who Takes Massive Action and are kind, i.e a "Bro".

A long time ago, in the tech scene of Silicon Valley, Brogrammer was partly a pejorative term, but we have transformed it into something positive.  

Brogrammers help each other achieve their goals by Taking Massive Action and being supportive. Maybe you should be a Brogrammer too?!
